Clinical Program Liaison

Do you have experience providing rehabilitation services and managing projects? Bring your skills to a team-based workplace that puts people first. As Clinical Program Liaison you will contribute to the company’s mission of providing quality services to the individuals we serve.

+ Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with potential referral sources.

+ Implement strategic plans and provide training on marketing tools.

+ Work with regional Clinical Evaluators to establish and evaluate local relationships, outreach efforts, and the referral sources supporting these populations.

+ Prepare reports of Clinical Evaluators’ efforts and identify regional industry trends to make programmatic recommendations to Admissions committee.

+ Participate in regional/national conferences, monthly Admission Team Meetings, and required in-service training.

+ Provide contact, referral information, and reports to the computerized database system.

+ Communicate responsibly with program participants, family members, and payors regarding rehabilitation planning, admissions, etc.

+ Achieve individual/team admission targets.

+ Perform clinical evaluations to determine eligibility for the operating business and subsidiary programs.

+ Complete all pre-admission and Integrity Checklist protocols on regional referrals.

_Qualifications:_

+ Bachelor’s Degree required; degree in Rehabilitation or Human Services Field preferred.

+ Five years of experience in rehabilitation service provision required.

+ Project management experience required.

+ Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.

+ Excellent communication and analytical skills.
