Dragonfly Health and Enclara Pharmacia Join Forces to Usher in a New Era in the Care-at-Home Space
Dragonfly Health, the leading care-at-home data, technology, and service platform, has completed its acquisition of Enclara Pharmacia (https://enclarapharmacia.com/) , a leading pharmacy solutions provider to form a new, best-in-class solution for hospice and post-acute care providers. By combining deep clinical expertise with advanced infrastructure, the combined company will deliver high-quality, seamless, and efficient care.
Specifically, our unified organization is focused on four areas of value creation:
+ **Service:** As industry partners, trusted advisers, and passionate advocates, Enclara and Dragonfly professionals have built enduring relationships that reflect our shared commitment to supporting clients and advancing high quality patient care. Now, we will leverage our unique combination of services, complementary infrastructure, and expanding reach to create an even more connected, responsive, and flexible experience for our partners.
+ **Technology:** E3 Pro™ and DMETrack are already streamlining clinical workflows and reducing administrative burden for care teams. The breadth of our EMR and EHR integration capabilities is unmatched, further optimizing workflows and driving data consistency. Looking ahead, we will build on these strengths and the ingenuity of our in-house development team to drive efficiency, stay in front of regulatory requirements, and best support our clients.
+ **Data Insights:** Together, Dragonfly and Enclara have more than 30 years of DME and Pharmacy data informing customized, actionable insights, as well as predictive capabilities. By unifying these data sources and acting as an extension of client teams, we will help clients maintain the highest standards of care while enhancing delivery efficiency, strengthening long-term operational effectiveness, and supporting fiscally sustainable growth.
+ **Clinical Expertise:** Dragonfly and Enclara both have highly skilled clinicians who consistently show up as thought leaders in our industry and in the daily counsel they provide to care teams. We are even stronger as a combined team. From pre-order consultations through delivery, our experts offer clinically appropriate best practices and consultative support, engaging early in the care journey to ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved.
Enclara and Dragonfly are both industry leaders, and we are proud of the reputation both companies have earned as trusted solutions providers to hospice, PACE, hospital at home, and skilled nursing facilities nationwide. As we begin our next phase of integration, our goal is to bring the best of these two terrific companies together to even better support our frontline teams and to create even stronger solutions for our clients, patients, and patient families.
In doing so, we will stay true to our mission and values, continue to invest in DME and pharmacy, and serve our clients with the speed, quality, and consistency they expect from us. In short, we will continue to live the Dragonfly mantra to do “whatever it takes, wherever it takes us.”
