PROCESSING LEAD

HOURS: 3P-1130PM M-F

WAGE: $20/HOUR

Job Summary

The Lead Processor is responsible for overseeing daily processing operations, ensuring merchandise is accurately received, prepared, and routed in a timely manner. This role acts as a working leader, supporting the processing team, maintaining productivity and quality standards, and assisting management with training and workflow coordination.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and support the processing team during daily operations

+ Ensure accurate receiving, ticketing, labeling, and preparation of merchandise

+ Monitor workflow to meet productivity and turnaround goals

+ Maintain organization and cleanliness of the processing area

+ Assist with scheduling priorities and task assignments

+ Train and mentor new and existing team members

+ Troubleshoot processing issues and escalate concerns when needed

+ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures

+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments

+ Model professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ Previous processing, warehouse, or retail operations experience required

+ Prior leadership or lead experience strongly preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

+ Basic computer or inventory system knowledge

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
