Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Marketing Representative to join our team. In this position, you will work closely with the marketing team and the Madden and Gilbert Physical Therapy locations. This role is responsible for producing new patients across all clinics by reactivating past patients, word-of-mouth referrals, and converting cold-market audiences. The Marketing Representative works to execute marketing initiatives that directly impact clinic growth and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
+ Reactivate past patients through newsletters, email campaigns, and the patient mailing lists.
+ Create and manage patient output initiatives to increase reactivation and word-of-mouth referrals.
+ Coordinate, promote, and support workshops.
+ Execute follow-up with leads generated from workshops, events, and advertisements.
+ Support cold-market initiatives including direct mailers, Facebook ads, and Google ads.
+ Assist in maintaining and strengthening physician relationships
+ Track and report marketing performance metrics to measure success against established goals.
Qualifications
+ Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
+ Ability to multitask effectively.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficient in the use of computers and willingness to learn new software programs.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
