Position Overview
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Self-Service Revenue, to join our Emerging Business team within our Portfolio Marketing department. In this role, you will lead strategies that increase eStore revenue for the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) portfolio. This person will be critical in scaling our self-service channel and will own initiatives that drive traffic, optimize conversion, and deliver significant revenue impact.
You will collaborate with sales, product marketing, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable results. Expertise in eCommerce, marketing automation, and AI-driven growth tactics is essential.
Responsibilities
+ eStore Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase visits, conversions, and revenue for our Construction Software eStore
+ Performance Marketing: Launch and optimize paid and organic acquisition campaigns to drive qualified traffic to the eStore
+ Conversion Optimization: Implement A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages and checkout flows to improve conversion rates
+ Tracking & Attribution: Build robust tracking frameworks for revenue attribution and campaign ROI
+ Trial Conversion Programs: Design lifecycle campaigns to convert trial users into paying customers via the eStore
+ AI & Automation: Deploy AI-driven workflows and marketing automation to scale eCommerce campaigns efficiently
+ Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and product teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives

Minimum Qualifications
+ 5+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with proven eCommerce experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
+ Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot) analytics platforms and Salesforce CRM
+ Experience understanding of paid media channels and conversion optimization
+ Experience implementing A/B testing and multivariate experiments
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with B2C or familiarity with B2B SaaS
+ Experience with AI-driven marketing workflows
+ Advanced Excel or BI tool proficiency (Power BI, Tableau)

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $85,200 and $146,960. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
