Our staff members are proud to live and work in this area and are committed to providing quality healthcare to our community. *Position Summary* Perform carpentry to hospital buildings, furnishings, equipment and fixtures as necessary. *Experience* * 5-10 years trade related experience. *Licensure/Qualifications* * Valid Connecticut drivers license * High school education or equivalent vocational training *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements* * Maintains, repairs and constructs hospital buildings, structures and furniture built of a wide variety of materials to ensure good appearance and optimal functioning. * Construct partitions, hang doors, install lock-sets, install drop ceilings, also sheet-rocking and taping. * Read prints, plan lay out and construct according to hospital needs.
