Summary You will serve as a REAL PROPERTY ACCOUNTABILTY OFFICER in the Facility Management Division (FMD), Public Works Department of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Having the ability to expresses information to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience, and the nature of the information to make clear and convincing oral and written presentations; 2) Having the ability to encourage and facilitate cooperation, pride, trust, and group identity, to foster commitment and team spirit with others to achieve organizational goals; and 3) Utilizing analytical tools for analysis of facilities.
