**This is a remote role. It will require 10-20% travel. It will require occasional presence at the Centene office in St. Louis for in-person meetings and will also require some travel to conferences and/or to the offices of our LTSS markets. The current LTSS markets are in 14 different states.
The work hours are generally 8:00-5:00 Central Time with availability before and after as needed to meet with teams in other time zones.**
**Position Purpose:** The Program Manager IV is responsible for all aspects of the planning and delivery of strategic LTSS (Long Term Services and Support) programs. This role provides leadership, direction, and hands-on support to matrixed teams to ensure the successful completion of complex integration LTSS initiatives. The Program Manager IV is also responsible for creating and presenting executive level communications to provide program updates and facilitate cross functional executive level discussion.
+ Program management tasks including tracking the completion of home health work plan action steps for each of our LTSS markets.
+ Create and monitor the LTSS key performance metrics dashboard along with tracking key information, processes and vendors for each LTSS market.
+ Develop LTSS policy drafts along with researching and reviewing potential LTSS growth opportunities in new and existing states.
+ Participate in LTSS strategy meetings and developing related work plans.
+ Attend select conferences and representing Centene; and tracking and engaging in key relationships and sponsorships.
+ Proactively manage areas such as risk, budget/forecast, dependencies, etc.
+ Serve as the first escalation point for project issues and risks. Work directly with the project teams to resolve issues and create risk mitigation plans. Escalate well-formulated issues and risks to leadership. Effectively communicate business and technology issues and solutions.
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Office software including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, etc.; and potentially use of Smartsheet
**Education/Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree preferred. **8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required.** Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing the performance of staff required. Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required. Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience preferred.
**License/Certification:** Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred
Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
