As an Associate Brand Manager, Brand Marketing for the NA business, you will be part of a fast paced team delivering growth for category. You’ll drive growth strategies and bring breakthrough innovation to life for our customers & consumers.
Responsibilities:
+ Work on a brand team, reporting to the Brand Marketing Director/Manager, where you’ll play a critical role in driving profitable growth, inclusive of P&L ownership.
+ Take charge of developing business and portfolio strategies for key Oral Care or Home Care Personal Care segments, identifying priorities & developing workstreams against them.
+ Engage with the sales team to provide thought leadership for retailers and drive omnichannel strategies, with a focus on delivering growth via digital commerce.
+ Provide strategic leadership, motivate and manage a cross-functional team to drive business priorities.
+ Partner with key SME’s in developing high impact, integrated marketing campaigns and innovation concepts through clear brand strategies and briefings.
+ Develop and activate against people-centric insights, driven by a keen understanding of culture, customers and data synthesis.
+ Lead everyday operations, including market share and performance analysis, budget management, forecasting volumes and facilitating communication between key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree ideally in Marketing, Finance, Sales or related fields
+ 6+ years or 4+ years with MBA/Masters of commercial experience, preferably in Marketing or Sales
+ Key involvement in Business Analysis, Marketing Plan development, and cross-functional project management
Preferred Qualifications
+ MBA
+ Experience working in consumer product goods
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $109,000.00 - $137,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
