Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production line and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Technician

**Location:** Richmond, VA

**Pay Range:** $17

**Shift:** Days (07:00-16:00)

What's the Job?

+ Operate production machinery to manufacture silt fence products

+ Load uncompleted parts and offload finished components safely and efficiently

+ Perform quality checks and read measurements using a tape measure

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

+ Follow all safety procedures and company policies diligently

What's Needed?

+ Recent industrial or manufacturing experience preferred

+ Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn machine operation

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs manually, with no lifting above shoulder height

+ Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

+ Reliable and committed to showing up consistently and on time
