We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Philips People Services Intern to join our People Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, process optimization, and employee lifecycle management. You’ll work closely with our People Operations professionals to support initiatives that enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience.
Your role:
+ Support HR data entry and maintenance in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, GlobalView).
+ Help monitor and manage HR queues for timely resolution of employee requests.
+ Support compliance and documentation processes to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
+ Collaborate on projects related to HR systems, process improvements, and reporting.
+ Help maintain and update HR templates and internal resources.
+ Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operational workflows.
You're the right fit if:
+ Currently enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or communications
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
