Our client, a leading document management and imaging services company, is seeking a Document Scanner Operator to join their team. As a Document Scanner Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Document Imaging Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong team-oriented attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Document Scanner Operator
**Location:** Sacramento
**Pay Range:** $19/hour
**Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
What’s the Job?
+ Read and understand work orders prior to starting jobs and follow directions accurately.
+ Scan paper documents according to project operating procedures.
+ Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, adjust scanner settings as needed, and conduct quality control checks.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area, free of hazards.
+ Monitor and inspect work for image quality, accuracy, and safe handling of source materials.
What’s Needed?
+ Ability to read, write, and speak English.
+ 1+ years of experience performing document scanning in a production-level environment.
+ Familiarity with production-grade scanners (Kodak, Fujitsu, or Canon).
+ Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 35 lbs regularly.
+ Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
