**Type:** Per Diem

**Hourly Rate:** $29+/hour - based on location

Responsibilities Include:

+ Patient Care

+ Medication administration

+ Charting

Requirements Include:

+ HS Diploma or GED

+ Graduate from accredited LPN program

+ NYS issues LPN license - active & in good standing

**Pay Details:** $29.00 per hour
