    Job Title: Wastewater Engineer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Wastewater Engineer to develop necessary deliverables including engineering calculations, equipment sizing and selections, technical specifications, reports, cost estimates, and schedules for each project. The successful candidate will employ appropriate design methods to meet relevant standards, manage projects with high-quality work, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery to achieve target profitability and client satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate with leadership on staffing and workload throughout entire project development.

    + Conduct QA/QC of formal documents, ensuring accuracy of data, information, and calculations.

    + Work directly with clients, communicating with promptness, care, and attention to detail.

    + Assist in proposals, business development, and other marketing efforts as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Civil Engineering, specifically in wastewater and water systems.

    + Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Microstation.

    + Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience with municipal or industrial water/wastewater systems.

    + Substantial technical skills in water or wastewater treatment plant design.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Active engagement in professional and industry organizations.

    + Working knowledge of technical specifications.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    + Local candidate or willingness to relocate to Nashville, TN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
