    Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to support our team both in the shop and at various client project sites. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the cleanliness of the weld shop and assisting welders and fabricators by handling materials and moving items as needed. You may also be tasked with organizing the warehouse using pallet jacks. Additionally, you will assist in breaking down equipment and structures for transportation to and from storage facilities.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization in the weld shop.

    + Assist welders and fabricators by moving and supplying materials.

    + Organize the warehouse area using pallet jacks.

    + Assist in breaking down and transporting equipment and structures at client sites.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with general labor tasks.

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    + Experience in construction, assembly, or general production.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in carpentry, welding, or fabricating is a plus.

    + Previous experience in construction crews or facilities teams.

    + Strong team mentality and ability to follow directions.

    + Good communication skills.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southbridge, MA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
