    Position Responsibilities:

    + Lead Salesforce CRM Service Cloud lifecycle, from initial implementation to global enhancements

    + Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment with objectives and governance

    + Define and deliver the CRM roadmap, starting with U.S. and scaling globally

    + Translate business requirements into detailed solution and technical designs, maintaining comprehensive documentation

    + Validate partner solutions against business needs and provide timely approvals

    + Own test planning, preparation, and execution for sprints, ensuring quality and compliance

    + Other projects or duties as assigned

    Required Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of experience in product management and Salesforce CRM/Service Cloud implementations.

    + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, business, administration, or IT engineering
