Product/Program Manager 1467375 * Hourly pay: $35-$40/hr * Worksite: Leading university (Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 25-40 hours/week, 2 Month Assignment A leading university is seeking a Product/Program Manager. The successful candidate will assist with the development, delivery, sales, and marketing of programs or products created by the organization, and will be responsible for delivering the product/program within scope, on time, and within budget. Product/Program Manager Responsibilities: * Execute product/program plan definition and detailed rollout schedule, including collaboration with internal stakeholders. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a marketing plan, assessing and revising as necessary to meet goals. * Deliver an experience that leads to high customer satisfaction and advocacy for the program. * Conduct analysis and make recommendations regarding the direction of the program or product. Product/Program Manager Qualifications: * Three years of relevant experience. * Bachelor's degree. * Experience with managing products/programs. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Knowledge of various marketing elements (e.g., pricing, audience, channels, communication). * Ability to work independently to meet expected deadlines and schedules. * Understanding of target audience lifecycle and ability to convert leads into new business. * Cvent, Eventbrite knowledge are plus. * Ability to drive a university vehicle 2-3 hours per week. * A valid driver's license. Shift: * 25-40 hours a week. Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm. * Occasional work on evenings and weekends. (H)
