**Job Title:** Commercial Plumber

**Pay** : $30-$50/HR Depending on experience

Required Skills:

+ Valid plumber’s license

+ Strong experience in commercial plumbing systems

+ Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

+ Experience in residential plumbing

+ Knowledge of green plumbing solutions

+ Previous work on commercial construction sites

+ Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations

Preferred Education and Experience:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Completion of an apprenticeship program or relevant plumbing certification

+ 2+ years of experience in commercial plumbing roles preferred

Other Requirements:

+ Willingness to travel to work sites up to an hour from Rochester

+ Availability for a project duration of 2-3 months, with future assignments possible based on performance

+ Proven commercial plumbing work history with valid references
