As a **Partner Technical Lead** , you will play a critical role within NetApp’s World Partner Organization, serving as a trusted technical advisor and strategic enabler for our partners. This role focuses on driving technical alignment, enabling partner success, and supporting joint go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with internal business units.You will work closely with partner development managers and leadership to deliver technical guidance, evangelize NetApp’s solutions, and ensure partners have the tools and knowledge needed to accelerate adoption and deliver value to customers.
Job Responsibilities
+ Assist in mapping NetApp portfolio feature and functionality to partner business growth such as services, consulting and design in solutions
+ Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic partners, providing guidance on architecture, integration, and best practices.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
+ Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and presentations to partner teams and internal stakeholders.
+ Act as a technical evangelist for NetApp’s portfolio, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across partner engagements.
+ Identify opportunities to optimize partner solutions and drive innovation leveraging NetApp technologies.
Job Requirements
+ Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts, architectures, and services.
+ Experience in partner enablement, technical consulting, or solution architecture preferred.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
+ Self-driven and highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and an appetite for learning new technologies
Education
This is an entry-level position typically requiring 0-3 years of relevant experience.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 87,660 - 107,140. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
