Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Transportation Sales Representative based in Dallas to help grow our presence with fleet owners, trucking companies, and automotive operators across Dallas. This role is ideal for someone who understands the mechanical/transportation world, enjoys being out in the field, and isn’t afraid to knock on doors, talk shop, and pilot new offerings.
What You’ll Be Selling
• Truck and/or car maintenance services
• Solutions sold into:
• Trucking companies
• Fleet owners
• Car dealerships and truck dealerships
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect in person across the Dallas area (fleets, dealerships, trucking companies)
• Build relationships with fleet owners, operators, and decision-makers
• Sell and pilot maintenance-related offerings with new and existing customers
• Manage a small but growing book of business
• Work cross-functionally with operations based in Dallas
• Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Balance new customer acquisition with ongoing account management

Skills and Requirements
• 3–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in:
• Transportation
• Automotive
• Fleet services
• Industrial or mechanical-related industries
• Experience with B2B sales
• Comfortable selling in person and in the field
• Self-starter mindset—able to prospect, follow leads, and work independently Experience selling to fleet owners or transportation companies preferred
