    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Sr Microsoft Dynamics 365 Software Engineer for a client in the Des Moines, IA area. This senior role is responsible for defining architecture and integration strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365, while providing strong technical leadership across the platform. The position requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365, including the Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and AWS, with hands‑on experience leading at least one full implementation. The role involves close collaboration with EMC’s system integration (SI) partner to design integrations, data flows, and overall architecture, as well as mentoring junior engineers, resolving complex technical issues, and establishing best practices for scalability and maintainability. Success in this role depends on proven experience with AWS and Azure integration patterns (Logic Apps, Power Automate, APIs, and webhooks) and strong development skills in C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PowerApps. Salary Range is between $115,000 to $145,000.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - At least 4 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 – leading at least 1 implementation.

     

    - Expertise in integration patterns using AWS, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, APIs, and webhooks.

     

    - Strong knowledge of C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PowerApps. - Experience mentoring junior engineers

     

    - Experience collaborating with SI partners
