    Kemps Cedarburg is seeking a fast-paced, motivated Order Selector to join our team!

     

    Accuracy is key in this role. You’ll be responsible for picking, pulling, and building orders to ensure timely and precise delivery.

     

    Using a dairy hook, you’ll move milk crates to a conveyor system where they’ll be palletized and prepared for shipment—bringing fresh dairy products to stores for everyone to enjoy!

    This role starts at $26.65 per hour and after 1 year, earns $29.58 per hour.

     

    **HOURS:** Second Shift, Starting at 4pm, 10-12 hours shifts, rotating schedule, holiday and weekend work required.

    **LOCATION:** Cedarburg, Wisconsin

    Requirements

    + Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal

    + Effective verbal and written communications skills

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    + Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks

    + Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift

    + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary and manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 cases high

    + Must be able to work in a wet environment and work in an environment where temperature is maintained at 35–40 degrees Fahrenheit

    + Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays

    + May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals

    + Must be able to read & write English
