Job Summary
Buckhead Pet Pals is Atlanta’s original premium dog walking and cat sitting company, serving Metro Atlanta since 1998. We are seeking a detail-oriented, people-first Client Services Manager to manage client communication, daily scheduling, and new sitter onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage client communication via email, phone, and scheduling software
+ Create and maintain efficient daily schedules for pet sitters
+ Support sitters and assist with coverage when needed
+ Coordinate onboarding and training of new pet sitters
+ Maintain accurate client and sitter records
+ Support general office operations
Required Qualifications
+ 3+ years administrative or office management experience
+ Experience scheduling staff in a service-based business
+ Proficient in Excel, Word, and Gmail
+ Comfortable learning and using scheduling software
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Lives within Buckhead, Brookhaven, or Sandy Springs area
+ Able to work in-office during business hours
Preferred Qualifications
+ Pet industry or service-industry experience
+ Experience onboarding or training new hires
+ Familiarity with Atlanta neighborhoods
+ Social media and AI/ChatGPT experience
Compensation & Benefits
+ $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
