    Role Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager with strong experience in Life Insurance domain, Azure cloud services, and .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions that align with business objectives and industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

    + Drive the design and development of scalable applications using .NET Core, C#, and Azure services.

    + Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.

    + Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, cloud architecture, and DevOps.

    + Oversee the implementation of secure, compliant solutions tailored for the Life Insurance industry.

    + Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

    + Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and standards.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Life Insurance products, policy administration, claims, and underwriting processes.

    + Technical Skills:

    + Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and related technologies.

    + Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure DevOps, etc.).

    + Knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and SQL Server.

    + Leadership: Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.

    + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
