The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to support our team with developing and implementing communications and change management content for our U.S. Navy customers. You will work directly with external customers and internal staff to develop compelling messaging and products to illustrate customer successes, communicate complex ideas in concise and organized formats, and coordinate communication strategies that develop the customer’s brand identity. Key components of the Engagement Coordinator’s approach include:
+ Strategic Analysis: Ensure communication tactics are grounded in thorough strategic analysis.
+ Stakeholder Identification: Identify key stakeholders and understand their impact on the achievement of organizational goals.
+ Message Alignment: Ensure products and stakeholder communications convey consistent messaging, both internally and externally.
+ Priority Alignment: Link day-to-day activities with NAVSEA and Naval Shipyard priorities.
+ Strategic Impact: Maximize strategic effects through associated communication processes.
Work site is primarily at the employee’s home site. Occasionally the employee may need to work at the customer site or a CACI office. For the most effective support of our customers, the ability to work an Eastern Standard Time work schedule is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
+ Interact daily with individuals, groups, and teams of mid- to senior-level NAVSEA and Shipyard leaders.
+ Meet with senior stakeholders to assess needs, establish goals, and create/implement communication strategies. Refine high-level leadership discussions, complex technical information, ideas, and meeting minutes into themes and storylines that personnel at all levels can easily understand.
+ Craft clear, consistent, and easily understandable content (language, formatting, and design) that helps shape the customer’s brand identity and message.
+ Participate in team meetings to develop organizational strategies, communication processes and pipelines, and content development.
+ Create products and distribute internal and external communication materials, e.g., articles, SharePoint posts, emails, graphics, and internal newsletters that highlight the successes of process improvement and innovation initiatives.
+ Maintain communication databases. Ensure contact lists, media lists, and other communication databases are up to date.
+ Update SharePoint content and manage analytics as needed.
+ Work with stakeholders to establish, track, and report metrics related to the customer’s goals and objectives.
+ Provide oral and written reports, talking points, and executive-level summaries of complex technical ideas, processes, and projects.
+ Interact with the customer via the telephone, video conferencing, email, chat, and in person as necessary.
+ Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include submission of supporting data and metrics and timely completion of written reports to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership.
+ Other duties may be assigned in support of contract taskings and mission success.
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ Must be a United States Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance prior to start and subsequent final DOD Secret security clearance.
+ Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of the degree requirement, candidates with minimum 6 years of directly applicable work experience may be considered for this position.
+ Minimum 4 years of work experience in strategic communication, project management, facilitation, organizational development, change management, or process and performance improvement.
+ Adept at creating compelling visual imagery and editing text to produce high-quality multimedia content using various tools and techniques to enhance the aesthetic and communicative value of digital content.
+ Willingness and ability to experiment and invent new approaches to provide the highest caliber service to our customers.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation; ability to respectfully communicate with customers at all levels of the organization in a professional, effective manner that achieves successful outcomes.
+ Ability to perform successfully independently and as a team member in a demanding work environment.
+ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
+ Outstanding organizational skills to efficiently manage competing priorities, multiple concurrent taskings, and firm deadlines.
_Desired:_
+ Active DoD Secret security clearance.
+ Certification and/or experience in some or all of the following:
- Process and/or performance improvement.
- Change management.
- Facilitation and/or training of leaders.
+ Work experience with the Naval Maintenance Community, United States Navy, or the Department of Defense.
This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.
The proposed salary range for this position is:
$51,800-$106,200
