We are currently seeking a **Salesforce - Delivery/Program Manager - Banking** to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

**Project Manager / Program Manager** to work alongside our chief business stakeholder in the Knoxville,TN or Atlanta GA office.

Onsite 3 days a week in one of those locations. Senior role interfacing with Banking executives.

Day to Day job Duties:

**Lead End-to-End Program Delivery:** Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple Salesforce-related projects and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business outcomes. This includes managing project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks across diverse workstreams.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:

Act as the primary bridge between clients, internal teams, and technical resources. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, drive cross-functional alignment, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within delivery teams.

Governance & Risk Management:

Establish and enforce delivery governance models, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with project lifecycle standards and enterprise policies. Lead executive steering committees and governance forums to provide visibility into delivery status and strategic decisions.

Resource & Financial Oversight:

Direct resource planning, recruitment, and management for technical and delivery teams. Maintain financial accountability, including budgets, margins, and revenue forecasting, while ensuring optimal staffing and resource allocation.

Client Relationship & Solution Quality:

Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, influence strategic decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative Salesforce solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:

Define, standardize, and continuously improve delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices. Mentor project and delivery managers, champion PMO best practices, and drive operational excellence across the portfolio.

Basic Qualification

Extensive Enterprise Experience:

Minimum 8+ years working across the entire enterprise data center stack, from hardware to application layer, ideally at a major consulting firm or systems integrator

Salesforce & Solution Architecture:

Minimum 3+ years conceptualizing and architecting target environments for Salesforce platforms

Key Skills

**Program & Project Leadership:** Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream Salesforce programs and teams.

**Stakeholder Management:** Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior client stakeholders.

**Governance & Risk Management:** Experience establishing governance models and proactively managing risks.

**Financial Acumen:** Skilled in budgeting, margin management, and revenue forecasting.

**Travel:** This position requires someone who can travel at least 10%. Preferred location is Atlanta or Knoxville

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

Experience working with financial institutions, specifically in the payments business.
