The BGS P-8 Sustainment program is seeking a **Systems Engineer (Associate or Mid-Level)** to join our dynamic team leading the way in Integrated Health Management Systems (IHMS) in **Tukwila, Washington** . Our Engineers work in a highly dynamic environment collecting data, analyzing data and making actionable recommendations to enable critical product improvements and support decisions.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Perform prime Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) and Health Management System (HMS) analysis functions in support of our Navy R&M customer and the Reliability Control Board

+ Perform data acquisition, management and reporting, to support design, maintenance, logistics, and business development throughout the product lifecycle

+ Apply analysis results and make recommendations to product teams and system support/supportability, to influence design and comply with requirements

+ Define, develop and implement processes and tools needed to execute system health functions and engineering supportability across the program and to improve productivity, accuracy, quality and efficiency

+ Perform and document system health validation and verification activities, to assess adherence to specifications

+ Research, analyze, and compile technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle

+ Apply system processes, methodologies and tools to design systems and new product development

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; **Associate or Mid-Level System Engineers.**

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

+ 2+ years of experience in technical or engineering field

+ Experience with C++, Python or Java

+ Experience with Data Analytics tools

+ Experience with Linux

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ 5+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Active Secret Clearance

+ Systems Engineering experience using tools such as Windchill, BORIS, and other common tools.

+ Experience with analyzing field data commercial derivative aircraft

+ P-8 mission and aircraft systems background

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Associate (level 2): $98,600 - $133,400

Summary pay range Mid-Level (level 3): $119,850 - $162,150
