    Manufacturing Manager

     

    Overview

     

    We’re looking for a hands-on Process Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for optimizing production line performance. You’ll work closely with operators and engineers to set up processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    What You’ll Do

    + Diagnose and resolve production line challenges quickly and effectively.

    + Define and maintain process setup parameters for consistent quality.

    + Train team members and lead trials for new product introductions.

    + Maintain and improve process tooling to ensure smooth operations.

    + Contribute to safety initiatives and committee activities.

    + Document processes and improvement actions (approximately 30–40% of your time).

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Experience:** 2–5 years in a manufacturing environment as an operator, team lead, or technician.

    + **Skills:** Strong leadership, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities.

    + **Flexibility:** Willingness to support off-shift or weekend work when needed.

    + **Knowledge:**

    + Basic understanding of EHS systems.

    + Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management principles.

    + Working knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts.

    + **Technical:**

    + Experience with Oracle R12 or similar ERP systems.

    + Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    + Ability to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Fiber optic termination or assembly experience.

    + Strong computer literacy and troubleshooting skills for internal systems.

    The pay range for this position is $65748.80 - $85488.00/yr.
