Job Title: Construction General Laborer / Helper** **Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable Construction General Laborers / Helpers to join our team. This position involves assisting with various tasks on a pre-erected job site to ensure smooth operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

+ Perform general construction duties around the job site.

+ Clean up buildings, trailers, and work areas.

+ Break down pallets and dispose of materials properly.

+ Move tools, equipment, and supplies as needed.

+ Assist with other general labor tasks as directed by the site supervisor.

+ Safely navigate job site.

Essential Skills

+ Team player with a willingness to help do whatever is needed around a construction site.

+ Experience with hand and power tools.

+ Ability to navigate a construction site safely.

+ General labor skills in concrete and carpentry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.

+ Comfortable working in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.

+ Previous construction experience preferred but not required.

+ Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

+ OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
