Job Title: Advanced Process Engineer
Job Description
Advanced Process Engineer to lead and optimize server production operations. The role involves designing, validating, and implementing new processes, tooling, and test fixtures, with a focus on ensuring high-quality output, process efficiency, and compliance with global manufacturing standards.
Responsibilities
+ Design, validate, and implement new manufacturing processes, tooling, and test fixtures.
+ Collaborate with design, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams for cross-functional success.
+ Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers for efficient operations.
+ Create and maintain documentation such as BOMs, control plans, and work instructions while ensuring regulatory compliance.
+ Conduct DFM reviews, risk evaluations, and develop mitigation strategies.
+ Drive continuous process improvement and provide technical support for performance analysis.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in process improvement, manufacturing engineering, and process engineering.
+ Experience in server production operations with a focus on lean manufacturing.
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
+ At least 5 years of experience in server manufacturing or technical production.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Leadership experience in cross-functional and international projects.
+ Familiarity with Linux systems, server hardware, and enterprise fulfillment operations.
+ Expertise in manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
+ Proficiency in CAD/CAM, manufacturing systems, and data analysis tools.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making.
+ Excellent communication skills and experience in project management, including managing deadlines and budgets.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Whitsett, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Engineering, Computer Science), or a similar technical discipline. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a related technical role, ideally in manufacturing or product testing environments for computer systems or electronic devices.

This is a fully onsite position in Whitsett,NC.
