Description

We are looking for a skilled End User Support Specialist to join our team in Walton Hills, Ohio. In this role, you will provide end-user technical support, troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, and networks, and ensure seamless operations for our employees. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while utilizing your expertise in Office 365 administration and Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Office 365 applications, including troubleshooting issues with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

• Diagnose and repair hardware problems for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.

• Assist in resolving Windows operating system errors and basic networking connectivity issues.

• Maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.

• Educate employees on effective use of Office 365 tools and security best practices.

• Collaborate with the IT team to address complex technical challenges and ensure prompt solutions.

• Perform desktop imaging and configuration to prepare workstations for deployment.

• Support Active Directory operations, including user account management and directory updates.

• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and assist in implementing system improvements.

Requirements • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and administration.

• Familiarity with Windows 10 operating system and Active Directory.

• Solid understanding of desktop hardware and imaging processes.

• Knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
