Requirements

What You Bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

+ At least 7 years’ experience in a Controller or similar leadership role within manufacturing.

+ Mastery of cost accounting principles and deep GAAP expertise.

+ Strong command of Microsoft Excel and financial software; AS400 experience is a major plus.

+ Analytical prowess—with a track record for executing impactful process improvements.

+ Proven skill in inventory controls, financial statement prep, and KPI reporting.

+ Solid experience with month-end close and budgeting/forecasting cycles.

+ Exceptional communication and collaboration chops to thrive with cross-functional teams.
