Start of Care CNA – Immediate Availability Required Location: Metro Atlanta & surrounding areas Schedule: No set schedule (availability required) Hours: Vary based on client start-of-care needs Pay Rate: $17 per hour Start Date: Immediate starts available Description of the Role Always Best Care Senior Services – Atlanta is seeking experienced, certified CNAs who are ready and available to begin care as new clients start services. Start of Care CNAs play a critical role in launching care for new clients by providing confident, hands-on support during the initial phase of services. This role is ideal for CNAs who are dependable, flexible, and comfortable stepping into new care environments while maintaining professionalism, dignity, and compassion. Responsibilities • Begin care for new clients as services are initiated • Provide hands-on, in-home care based on individualized care plans • Assist with all ADLs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility • Ensure client safety, comfort, and dignity at all times • Offer companionship and emotional support • Communicate effectively with office staff regarding client needs and updates • Document care and report changes as required Schedule Expectations • No guaranteed or fixed schedule • Must be ready, willing, and available to start care when assignments are offered • Hours and shifts vary based on client needs Service Area • Must be willing and able to travel throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas Requirements (Experienced CNAs Only) • Active CNA certification (required) • Previous CNA experience providing hands-on care (required) • Current First Aid and CPR certification (required) • Current TB test results (required) • Ability to provide moderate to maximum assistance when needed • Reliable transportation • Dependable, professional, and responsive • Ability to pass a background check Pay Rate  • $17 per hour • Weekly pay • Supportive office and team environment • Ongoing training and development opportunities About the Company Always Best Care Senior Services – Atlanta is a trusted provider of in-home senior care.
