Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

+ Assemble electrical components and subassemblies following technical drawings, schematics, and written instructions.

+ Operate hand tools, small power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.

+ Inspect and verify completed assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications.

+ Rework or reassemble units as required to meet quality standards.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of relevant electrical assembly experience.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and written instructions.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds as needed.

+ Manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.

Compensation Information:

$23.50/hr
