Behavior Technician– Now Hiring

Compensation : $21–$25 per hour, based onexperience

We are seekingdedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. Thisrole offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting childrenand adults with special needs through individualized behavioral and educationalservices.

Position Overview

+ Provide directsupport to individuals with developmental and behavioral needs

+ Implementpersonalized strategies to promote independence and skill development

+ Collaborate witheducators, therapists, and other professionals to achieve treatment goals

+ Monitor progress andcontribute to the refinement of care plans

Minimum Requirements

+ High School Diplomaor GED (required)

+ At least 2 years ofexperience working with pediatric populations (preferred)

+ Current CPRcertification (if applicable)

+ Completion of TBscreening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray)

+ Compliance with allfederal, state, and local regulations

+ Must be at least 18years of age
