    Schedule:

    - Monday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

     

    - Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

     

    - Wednesday: 4 hours (flexible within school hours)

     

    Pay: $40+/hour Negotiable DOE

     

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in a school-based setting. This role focuses on supporting students’ functional skills, independence, and participation in educational activities under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

    Responsibilities

    - Implement individualized therapy plans designed by the supervising OT.

     

    - Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills.

     

    - Document progress and communicate effectively with the OT and school staff.

     

    - Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote student success.

    Requirements

    - Active COTA certification and California state license.

     

    - Previous experience in a school setting preferred.

     

    - Strong communication and organizational skills.

     

    - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
