Lead the global strategy, development, and lifecycle management of Dover Motion’s SmartStage TM product family and future platforms. This role will serve as the global owner of product vision, ensuring alignment across regional markets, customer needs, and internal capabilities. The Global Product Manager will drive market research, customer VOC, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving demands of the life sciences, diagnostics, semiconductor and metrology industries.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Establish and scale global product management methodologies for SmartStage and future products.
+ Own the global product portfolio, including hardware, software, and integrated systems.
+ Develop and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to support broad market adoption.
+ Create and manage a global roadmap of SmartStage modules, software tools, and platform enhancements.
+ Lead product lifecycle processes: market research, competitive analysis, positioning, planning, and launch.
+ Develop global product strategy documents including business cases, use cases, technical requirements, and ROI.
+ Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to support content creation and product positioning.
+ Drive Agile Product Management practices across global teams.
+ Support development of global sales enablement materials, including messaging, case studies, and testimonials.
+ Partner with Operations to drive product improvements and ensure scalability across regions.
Qualifications & Experience:
+ Experience with life sciences, diagnostics, semiconductor and or metrology industries is highly preferred.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
+ 5–10 years of progressive product management experience, ideally in B2B and technical markets.
+ Proven success in global product strategy, VOC-driven planning, and market expansion.
+ Experience in precision motion technologies and life sciences/diagnostics markets strongly preferred.
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
+ Familiarity with microscopy and its applications in life sciences.
+ Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
Travel Requirements:
Up to 25% global travel.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 101,500.00 - 188,500.00
