Job Description
We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager who thrives in a multi‑hat environment. You’ll be the owner of our brand, driving social media and email campaigns, planning events, and engaging customers—end to end. If you’re a self‑starter who loves building programs from the ground up, this is for you.
Day‑to‑Day
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints (web, social, email, print, events).
Social Media & Email Promotions: Develop the content calendar; write posts; design simple graphics; publish; respond to comments/DMs; track engagement.
Partner with Sales/Service to create campaigns that drive quotes, installs, and maintenance plans; follow up on event and digital leads.
Coordinate with leadership, sales, service techs, and vendors to align messaging and priorities.

Skills and Requirements
Must‑Haves
Proven experience wearing multiple hats in marketing—pushing customer communications, coordinating customer events, and creating email/social content.
Hands‑on background in email and social media promotions (platforms/tools such as Mailchimp/Constant Contact, Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok, basic Canva).
3+ years operating in lean marketing teams or small businesses where you managed multiple workstreams.
Curiosity and drive to learn the HVAC industry (products, seasonal demand cycles, service offerings).
Branding experience (voice, visual consistency, templates, asset library).
Event planning experience including vendor management and networking. Plusses (Nice to have)
Direct HVAC industry experience (distributors, contractors, residential/commercial).
