About Caterpillar Oil and Gas Division (COGMD):

**Caterpillar’s Oil and Gas Division** provides superior products and service solutions to make our customers more efficient and lower total cost of ownership.  Globally, we deliver engineered oilfield and drilling equipment repair and certification, mechanical and rotating equipment repairs and upgrades, rapid prototyping of spare parts, robust asset management, operation and maintenance and field engineering services. About the role:

A **Global AMD (Authorized Marine Dealer) Manager** manages the planning, organization and implementation of Caterpillar Marine Second Level Dealer program.

What you will do:

+ Overseeing project processes and procedures; monitoring the productivity and performance of project team.

+ Managing all aspects of projects. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.

+ Reviewing and ensuring adherence to project materials, deliverables methodologies and procedures.

+ Preparing and presenting program level reporting for upper management.

What you will have:

+ **Planning:** Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.

+ **Influencing:** Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.

+ **Managing Multiple Priorities:** Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

+ **Relationship Management:** Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

+ **Project Management:** Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.

Additional requirements:

+ Degree or equivalent experience

Top Candidates will have:

+ Previous experience managing a dealer network

+ 5–10 years of relevant professional experience

+ Strong marine industry background

Summary Pay Range:

$147,760.00 - $221,640.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
