Job Description:

Highland Hospital is seeking an experienced Ambulatory Tech/Medical Assistant to join the Red Creek Cardiology team. Thus is a full time position, Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm.

Maintain patient flow, supports providers, assists and promotes the delivery of primary and preventative health care. Performs technical procedures and clinically oriented activities under nursing supervision. Escorts patients from waiting area to the exam room, obtains vitals and administers screening tools.

Salary Range:

$19.06 - $25.72 an hour

Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._

Job Requirements:

1. **Education:** High School diploma or equivalent of 1 year experience in customer focused service setting.

2. **Experience (minimum required)** At least 6 months of health care experience providing direct patient care and interaction with patients required.

3. **License/Certification Required:** American HeartAssociationBLS CPR Certification or acquire within 6 months after hire.
