KSNV is looking for a seasoned Facilities Maintenance Technician who will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of the television station.

Responsibilities

+ Will perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guest and staff

+ Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs

+ Perform preventative maintenance tasks to avoid any breakdowns

+ Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues and execute timely repairs

+ Maintain open communication with the General Manager regarding facility status and maintenance activities

+ Submit weekly maintenance reports and track work orders or service tickets

+ Follow safety protocols and chemicals responsibly

+ Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds

+ Routine use of office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers may be required

Qualifications

+ General experience in repair/maintenance of equipment and physical building

+ General knowledge of HVAC and/or electrical equipment

+ Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, analytical problem solving, and communication skills

+ General understanding of computer skills, including email, excel, and digital maintenance logs
