**Location:** Lamar, SC
**Shifts Available:** 1st & 2nd Shift
Olsten Staffing is currently assisting a local company in **Lamar, South Carolina** , in the search for **skilled Fabricators** to join their growing team on **1st and 2nd shifts** . This position is ideal for candidates with experience in metal fabrication, blueprint reading, and operating shop equipment.
Shift Details & Pay
+ **1st Shift:** Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | **$18.00 per hour**
+ **2nd Shift:** Monday - Friday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM | **$20.00 per hour**
Job Responsibilities
+ Fabricate metal parts and structures according to blueprints and specifications
+ Measure, cut, assemble, and fit materials using hand and power tools
+ Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
+ Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, presses, and welding tools
+ Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
+ Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines
Qualifications
+ Prior fabrication experience required
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints
+ Strong knowledge of tape measurements
+ Experience working with metal and raw materials
+ Familiarity with standard fabrication tools and shop equipment
+ Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
