    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support and supervise staff in group homes

    + Ensure safety, quality care, and person-centered services for residents

    + Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations

    + Train, mentor, and develop team members

    + Assist with daily living activities and medication administration

    + Manage staffing schedules and respond to emergencies or incidents

    + Communicate with families, guardians, and care teams

    + Oversee household operations, budgets, and required documentation

    + Participate in on-call rotations and fill in as needed
