What You Will Do

+ **Support integration project planning and execution** by contributing to scope definition, timelines, and work breakdown structures aligned to delivery milestones

+ **Develop and maintain integration reporting** by producing weekly and monthly dashboards and metrics that track progress, risks, and outcomes

+ **Analyze project data** to identify trends, risks, and lessons learned, enabling informed short‑ and long‑term decision making

+ **Collaborate on budget development and tracking** by using reporting tools and data to monitor spend, forecasts, and variances

+ **Contribute to risk management efforts** by supporting risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning across integration initiatives

+ **Maintain integration tools and resources** including project workbooks, playbooks, and shared collaboration sites to ensure data accuracy and accessibility

+ **Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders** to align activities, share insights, and support integration governance forums and working sessions

+ **Support integration events and communications** by preparing data‑driven materials and metrics used for leadership updates and publications

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field

+ Minimum **2 years** of professional work experience in project coordination, analytics, operations, or a related role

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience using data visualization or business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)

+ Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)

+ Experience preparing dashboards, metric reports, or executive‑level data summaries
