    Project Overview:

    This prospective contract opportunity supports the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) mission by providing enterprise-wide Information Technology Delivery and Operations Support Services (IT DOSS). The effort encompasses a broad range of IT services required to sustain, secure, and modernize FLETC’s training and operational environments across its headquarters and training delivery points. Services span application support, server and data center operations, network and transport infrastructure, cybersecurity and operations center monitoring, IT service management, end-user computing, audiovisual and collaboration technologies, database and storage administration, and program management support. The project emphasizes reliable day-to-day operations, rapid incident response to protect training continuity, and continual service improvement aligned with ITIL-based service management practices, while supporting evolving mission needs through scalable and integrated IT solutions.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Administer and manage the AAR system environment used for training review and playback, ensuring stable operations aligned to mission requirements.

    + Support installation, testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting of server and systems applications, tools, and services that underpin AAR operations, including supporting software and operational dependencies.

    + Provide on-site and remote technical support for AAR system administration and operational issues, ensuring rapid restoration when training is impacted.

    + Ensure reported issues are documented in tickets with clear resolution steps, and test alternative pathways to restore functionality when initial fixes fail.

    + Implement and maintain hardening and security best practices for AAR-related server applications and tools, including documenting and processing exceptions or waivers when required with appropriate stakeholders.

    + Coordinate camera system and IP camera operational dependencies that feed AAR workflows, including installation, upgrade, troubleshooting, inventory practices, and refresh cycle considerations.

    + Support dashboarding or reporting needs tied to training leadership visibility, where AAR-related systems generate operational status or usage reporting.

    + Coordinate with vendors and external contractors when specialized support is required, ensuring troubleshooting and installation activities are executed with proper site coordination and follow-through.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    + Certified in the administration and management of the Milestone XProtect AAR system or equivalent AAR system, or equivalent creditable and verifiable experience with a Milestone XProtect AAR system.

    + Hands-on experience administering AAR environments that support capture, review, playback, and operational sustainment.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills across application and server-side dependencies that affect AAR availability and performance.

    + Ability to document issues and resolutions clearly, supporting repeatability and operational continuity.

    + Ability to support on-site troubleshooting and coordinate with training stakeholders during outages or degraded performance.

    Desired Skills & Qualifications:

    + Experience supporting AAR in training-mission environments where downtime immediately impacts scheduled instruction.

    + Familiarity with IP camera systems, recording systems, and operational workflows that feed AAR capture and review.

    + Experience supporting security hardening and baseline configuration practices for the servers and applications that support AAR.

    Required Certifications:

    + Certification in Milestone XProtect AAR administration and management is acceptable, but equivalent creditable and verifiable experience is allowed in lieu of certification
