Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** has an exciting opportunity for an **F-15 Shipside Support Manager** to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team in **Berkeley, MO!

Position Responsibilities:

+ Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.

+ Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.

+ Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

+ Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Other Position Responsibilities may Include:

+ Manage activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent operational issues and support implementation of strategies and plans

+ Manage process assessments against standards, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement

+ Adapt effectively to changes in work tasks, structures, and culture while encouraging innovative problem-solving and facilitating change acceptance

+ Plan and organize work by involving stakeholders, anticipating critical events, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion

+ Apply knowledge of an array of manufacturing and assembly processes, shop safety and quality standards to support operations

+ Collaborate with various Operations and non-Operations departments to understand inter dependencies and drive effective outcomes

+ Develop solutions for moderately complex problems by applying established policies, procedures, and best practices

+ Represent the organization in interactions with internal teams and external customers on specific projects

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 5+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment

+ 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role

+ Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills are required to succeed in this position as well as presentation and facilitation skills to work with cross-functional groups in establishing and achieving common goals

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher

+ 1+ years of experience with Boeing systems such as SAT, MESCI, & REDARS

+ 1+ years of experience using lean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement practices and tools

+ Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment

+ Prior LSCC experience

+ Previous experience on F-15 program

+ Understanding of One BPS process and principles

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $111,350 - $150,650 USD
