    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines, and conveyor systems. Your role will involve troubleshooting process problems, performing minor maintenance, and ensuring the continued operation of the production line while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines, and conveyor systems.

    + Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance.

    + Ensure continuous operation of the production line.

    + Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.

    Essential Skills

    + 1-3 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Proficiency in blow molding.

    + Mechanical aptitude and skills.

    + Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in production.

    + Experience with injection/extrusion processes.

    + Knowledge of safe work practices.

    + Effective communication skills.

    + Self-management capabilities.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Blow mold experience is a plus.

    + Experience in the plastics industry.

    + Skills in problem-solving and continuous improvement.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
