    Operator – Seed Coating & Bagging

    **Location:** New Albany, IN

    **Job Type:** Full-Time | Monday–Thursday (5:30 AM – 3:30 PM) + Overtime Fridays

     

    About the Role

We’re looking for **Operators** to manage bagging, palletizing, and shipping tasks at the end of our production lines.     Key Responsibilities

    + Operate bagging machines and ensure proper bag setup.

    + Remove filled bags, seal, label, and stack them efficiently.

    + Assist with production line setups and changeovers.

    + Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning machines and plant areas.

    + Stand and lift throughout 8–10 hour shifts.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to lift **50 lbs regularly** .

    + Experience operating bagging machines.

    + Comfortable working in a **dusty, non-climate-controlled environment** .

    Additional Skills

    + Basic math and data entry skills.

    + Willingness to assist in general plant upkeep.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, IN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
