Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to support datacenter projects. This role involves assisting the Lease Construction Manager in managing schedules, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
+ Track project milestones, RFS dates, and early access requirements.
+ Conduct weekly site visits to assess progress and compare it to the project schedule.
+ Maintain project documentation and update dashboards.
+ Monitor task completion, potential risks, or delays.
+ Support sequencing for RNI early access activities.
+ Coordinate with internal teams and external lease providers under LCM guidance.
+ Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-up communications.
+ Ensure contractors adhere to safety standards and reporting requirements.
+ Assist in compliance audits and documentation reviews.
+ Monitor budgets and validate invoices against approved scopes.
+ Track lease partner deliverables and escalate discrepancies.
+ Learn and apply company tools like Power BI for reporting and automation.
+ Contribute to improving workflows and reducing risk.
Essential Skills
+ 8-12 years of experience in construction project management.
+ Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems, and structured cabling basics.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills in multi-stakeholder environments.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Willingness to learn Power BI and automation tools.
+ Degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management.

Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid environment with four days on-site in Northern Virginia.

This is a Contract position based out of Ashburn, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $91.00 - $101.00/hr.
