Description

We are looking for an experienced Multimedia Art Director (video) to join a dynamic team within the financial services industry. In this long-term contract role, you will lead creative initiatives, ensuring marketing projects align with the company’s vision while maintaining brand consistency. This position requires a strong ability to collaborate with partner agencies and oversee multimedia projects, with an emphasis on expanding video marketing strategies.

Hours per week: Starting at 30

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with partner agencies, providing clear direction and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

• Oversee the production of direct response marketing materials across multiple international markets.

• Guide the development of high-quality video content that meets branding standards and marketing goals.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure messaging consistency and creative excellence.

• Evaluate motion design elements to ensure videos are visually engaging and on-brand.

• Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Utilize tools such as Jira, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma to manage and review creative outputs.

• Adapt to changing project requirements and ambiguity while maintaining efficiency.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams, providing clarity and strategic insights.

• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Art Director or Video Producer type role.

• Financial / professional services industry experience preferred.

• Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new brands and messaging.

• Expertise in motion design, with the ability to ask critical questions and provide constructive feedback.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills to provide clear direction and feedback across teams.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
